John Muir Trail : I section hiked the John Muir Trail over four summers. The first trip in 2003 was from Bishop Pass to Kearsarge Pass where I exited due to a bruised foot. The next section was in 2004 from Reds Meadow to Tuolumne Meadows where I stopped due to an inflamed illiotibial band. Also in 2004 we did a long section from Bishop Pass to Reds Meadow. In 2005 we did the section from Kearsarge Pass to Whitney Portal with a side trip up to the Wallace Lake area. Finally in 2006 we did the small 23 mile section from Tuolomne Meadows down to Yosemite Valley. These photos will ultimately be organized from north to south rather than by the date the pictures were taken.
